I'm Stefanie Wirnshofer, founder of ONNI. Hair has always played a significant role in my life, probably because I never really had much of it myself. That's why I know firsthand how distressing it can be when you don't feel good about your own hair.
At some point, I started intensely researching why hair thins, what influences its growth, and what a scalp needs for healthy hair to develop. My personal quest turned into a true passion.
Today, in my hair analyses, I see time and again: hair tells us an incredible amount about ourselves. For me, hair and scalp health cannot be considered separate from our general health. And it was precisely from this idea that ONNI was born – from my desire to help women feel beautiful, healthy, and comfortable with their hair again.
ONNI is the Finnish word for happiness. For me, it stands for healthy hair, a healthy scalp, and the happiness of feeling good about one's own hair.
My goal from the beginning was highly effective hair care with selected ingredients and the most natural formulas possible, which starts where healthy hair originates: at the root. Because at ONNI, we always say: if you want a beautiful rose, you need good soil. A healthy scalp is the foundation for healthy, strong hair.
