- Add your products to the shopping cart.
- Open the shopping cart and enter the code into the Discount code field.
- The discount will appear immediately in the total. If not, check capitalization and whether the minimum order value has been reached.
- Then proceed to checkout as usual.
Some promotions don't even need a code: If you come to the shop via one of the links above, the discount is already applied and will be automatically deducted at checkout.
VIP Codes from the Livestream
In our livestreams and in promotions with partners, we issue special VIP codes. These codes unlock a password-protected selection that is not visible in the normal shop. Enter your code under Enter VIP Code, after which the corresponding selection will open automatically.

We announce new promotions in the newsletter before they appear anywhere else. Some codes are exclusively for our newsletter subscribers, for example during livestreams or short-term promotions on a single weekend.

The Circle is our small group that tests new products before anyone else, gives us honest feedback, and helps decide what we work on next. You cannot apply for it. Those who are on the newsletter list will be included when we next allocate spots.

Can I combine multiple discounts?
No. Only one discount can be redeemed per order. The price shown in the shopping cart applies.
Does a promotion also apply to the SENSITIVE series?
Yes, for the Set Creator and the Tester Set, where you choose the series yourself. For product-related promotions, the respective promotion page states what is included.
My code doesn't work, why?
Usually, the minimum order value has not been reached, the code has expired, or it applies to other products. Please contact us briefly via Contact, and we will check.
Can I get a discount refunded retroactively?
Please contact us. If the order was placed recently and the promotion was active at that time, we will find a solution.
