Effect

The hair oil nourishes the lengths and ends, prevents frizz and flyaways, and adds a shimmering shine. Ximenia oil pampers dry hair, closes the cuticle, and prevents split ends. It imparts instant shimmering shine without weighing it down. The valuable oil from the seeds of the Kalahari melon is rich in antioxidants that protect the hair and scalp from free radicals. It contains a high proportion of lycopene, one of the most powerful antioxidants known. Broccoli seed oil also soothes the hair structure—ideal for curly or frizzy hair. The anti-aging ingredient Q10 stimulates keratin production and prevents hair from weakening. Together with vitamin F, it protects the hair structure from external influences and strengthens the hair fiber from within.

Application

Distribute 1-3 drops through the lengths and ends of dry hair. Use sparingly; the oil is very effective. The oil can also be used to enrich ONNI shampoos and conditioners. Mix in a maximum of 1-2 drops.

How do I use ONNI Hair Oil?

Apply 1-3 drops of the hair oil to the lengths and ends with your fingers - the oil is very economical. It can be applied to both damp and dry hair. Do not rinse out.

Extra tip: Many of our customers add 1-2 drops directly to their shampoo (or conditioner) if they want their curls to appear more bundled and defined or if they want to enrich their ONNI care individually.

Does ONNI Hair Oil use silicones?

No! We completely avoid silicones and silicone-like substances. Instead, our Hair Oil contains two high-quality oils that feel silky soft but are of plant origin and particularly well tolerated:

  • Kalahari melon seed oil
  • Ximenia oil

Both come from certified fair trade projects in Namibia and Zimbabwe. They are sourced from a charitable company that only employs women and pays them a fair wage. The texture of these oils is reminiscent of silicone oil - without synthetic residues.

Does the Hair Oil offer protection from the sun?

Our Hair Oil contains a CO₂-extracted plant complex of radish seed extract, magnolia extract and rosemary oil. This combination is traditionally valued for its antioxidant properties and can help to care for the hair while in the sun.

Please note: The product does not replace medical or cosmetic UV protection, but offers a nourishing supplement for stressed hair - for example after sunbathing or coloring.
